"Dear Friends on behalf of my Father and the rest of my family, I would like to thank you all so much for the way you cared for my Mum, Grace Sparks, from her returning from a spell in hospital last October until her passing on 6th April. All your carers were amazing and showed such care and concern for mum over this time, and were always so friendly and courteous towards her. Mum certainly loved them all and we know she felt so safe and secure in their care of her, which was so lovely for us - her family - to see. Each one of them was concerned for her wellbeing and were always concerned that she was looked after to the highest standard even when her health was failing. We have nothing but praise for them all and felt we wanted to pass on our sincere thanks to you all for the excellent way you looked after her- we couldn’t have asked for more. As promised, I am enclosing a photograph we took of Sumi with Mum on one of her visits, which we think is so lovely and shows the love and friendliness that existed between them. We (the family) came to know all the carers as friends too and now quite miss their daily visits to the house. You are doing an excellent work and we would certainly have been struggling had we not had you there to help us at a very difficult time. Keep up the good work - it is so needed in our world today. He looked forward to having a chat and a joke with you and it helped to restore his appetite and rebuild a little strength for a few months. Your visits continued as ever (but with restrictions) when the pandemic first broke out last year, so that he could remain at home, as he wished, for as long as possible until he was finally admitted to hospital last April. Aneela, Mrs Rafique’s daughter, reported that the carer who did the first call communicated with her mum and she took her to walk around the house which was what she needs as well. She said the carer was so caring and polite. Aneela reported that the carer stayed the allocated time and she did a lot with her mum within 30 minutes allocated time, and all the time she engaged with her. She said she is so happy and so grateful."

It was very difficult to find carers at such short notice to cover the Christmas period. We were very impressed with how Precy managed to organise care for us when other agencies were not able to do so. Precy and her team of carers were always very kind to my father and were adaptable if we changed our care requirements. Precy offered advice to help my Mum, who has dementia, cope with all the changes that were going on in our home. I would recommend this care agency to others who are in a similar situation."
